Re Profumo’s Aqva Narcotica takes its name from one of the oldest formulas of officinal herbs found in a book of galenic and chemical pharmacological mysteries, dedicated to Marco Antonio Giustiniani, Prince of Venice, by Friar Felice Passera of Bergamo. The first references to this marvellous eau parfum describe the fragrance with an intoxicating and comforting scent, accompanied by a pungent sharpness given by Lemon and Orange that is clouded by a trail that interweaves flowers such as lilac and rose to culminate in a comforting trail of amber, musk and storax.
