Shipping Insurance (Route Protection)
We offer optional package protection through Route at checkout. If the customer chooses to purchase Route Protection, Route will cover issues such as lost, stolen, or damaged packages in accordance with their policies and claim process.
If the customer declines Route Protection, the order will ship uninsured, and by opting out the customer agrees to the following:

Fragrance Insider is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, mis-delivered, or damaged in transit.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer liable for the package.

Any claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed by the customer directly with the shipping carrier if Route Protection was declined.
Route Protection is the only method to insure your shipment. If Route is declined, the customer assumes all risk associated with shipping.

ORDER TRACKING
You can track your order with the tracking information provided via email and/or online shipment notification(s).
If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each individual shipment.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. Shipping addresses cannot be changed.
TAXES & DUTIES

Import duties are included in the price. Sales and other applicable taxes are automatically calculated and added at checkout for each delivery state's respective tax rates.
