Cancelations
Please email support@fragranceinsider.com as soon as possible. There is no guarantee that an order can be canceled. Cancelations are NOT possible once the order shipping process starts. Please see returns below if an order is not able to be canceled.
Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase and received by our warehouse within 30 days of delivery. Personalized products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. Cellophane and/or seals must be unbroken. To start a return, please submit a photo of the product and your order number to support@fragranceinsider.com to verify condition. There is no restocking fee but you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and returning your item to us. Any original shipping costs associated with the purchase are non-refundable . If your return is approved to send back, we’ll send you the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 days depending on the processing time of the credit card company. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was used for payment. We regret to inform you that return shipping costs are not subject to refund. S Boy, LLC Reserves the right to refuse refund of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item or missing item, please submit a photo of the product or a short video clip if necessary, and your order number to support@fragranceinsider.com within 5 days of delivery.
Packaging & Product Appearance Disclaimer
Product packaging, bottle design, labeling, and liquid color may vary over time as brands periodically update their presentation. Manufacturers may make these changes without prior notice.
Unless a product is explicitly described as a specific vintage, legacy, or discontinued edition, all items sold are current, authentic releases sourced through authorized distribution channels.
Images displayed on our website are representative and may not always reflect the most recent packaging updates. Variations in bottle color, cap design, box artwork, or labeling do not indicate that a product is used, altered, reformulated, or inauthentic.
We do not guarantee older or legacy packaging unless clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of the products we sell, certain items are not eligible for return or refund.
Personal care and beauty products, including fragrances, are considered final sale once opened, used, or if the original packaging, cellophane, or seals have been broken.
Custom or special-order items and personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.
Sale items and products purchased using promotional or discount codes are eligible for return only if they meet all return eligibility requirements, including being unused and in original, unopened condition.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
