Musc Intense by Parfums de Nicolai begins with Turkish Rose, Pear, and Galbanum, creating a floral and fruity opening before the composition moves into its central accord.

At the heart, Rose, Violet, Carnation, and Jasmine develops the fragrance’s character. The dry down settles into Musk, Civet, Sandalwood, and Amber, giving the composition a woody, ambered, and musky finish.

The progression from Turkish Rose and Pear through Rose and Violet to Musk, Civet, and Sandalwood creates a floral, fruity, woody, and ambered profile, with each stage preserving a distinct place in the fragrance’s development.

Parfums de Nicolai, also known as Nicolaï Parfumeur-Créateur, is the French house founded by perfumer Patricia de Nicolaï. Its approach places perfume creation at the center of the business, with an in-house laboratory in Paris and production in France.

The house oversees the process from selecting materials to composing, producing, and presenting its fragrances. The black wax seal bearing the initials PN is a recognizable detail of its bottles. This close connection between perfumer and finished product gives Nicolaï a distinctive identity within French independent perfumery.
