Purple Suede is a Leather-Floral perfume inspired by the Lavender fields of Tasmania. Tasmanian Lavender blends with Rose, Woodleather, Patchouli, Civet and Tropical Australian Agarwood.

Purple Suede is a sensual imagining of Tasmanian Lavender, a cultivar of Lavandula angustifolia that thrives in pristine island terroir. This LeatherFloral perfume pairs Lavender with Rose and Woodleather, deepened by Patchouli from Indonesia, Civet and Tropical Australian Agarwood.

Concentrated at 25% botanicals and essences, and encased in French glass lacquered with 24-carat gold, Purple Suede is a modern ode to lavender and leather.

Goldfield & Banks was founded in Sydney in 2016 by Dimitri Weber. The house combines French perfume technique with an interest in Australian plants and landscapes, using place as a starting point for its creative identity.

Its Native Collection highlights Australian botanical materials and the environments associated with them. The Botanical Series explores another facet of the country’s cultivated aromatic resources. Across the range, coastal, forest, and inland references give the perfumes a recognizable geographical perspective while allowing each composition its own character.
